Colin Farrell was born on may 31, 1976 at Dublin the capital of Ireland. A son of Irish football player Eamon and Rita Farrell. Raised in the Castlenock area of Dublin, the rebellious youth enrolled in the Gaiety School Acting but left after a year when he was cast in 'Drinking Crude'. Possibly Ireland's hottest cinematic export ever born, Colin Farrell enjoyed a generous helping of trans-Atlantic buzz for his work in Joel Schumacher's 2000 military drama 'Tigerland', which introduced him to American audiences, and he went onto to appear in the underwhelming 'American Outlaws' and 'Hart's War'. He can be seen in the squel of famous serial 'Miami Vice' in 2006.
